1General Terms

Baji L ("we", "the platform") is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating through the website bajil.best. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Baji L and users of its services ("you", "user").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Baji L platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using the platform.

• Baji L reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2Account Registration & Verification

• Each individual may register only one account.
• If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Registering with false or misleading information will result in permanent account closure.

3Age & Eligibility

Baji L strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. This is not merely a rule — it reflects our ethical commitment to protecting minors.

• Only legal residents of Bangladesh may use Baji L.
• The platform may not be used from regions prohibited by Baji L.
• Registration is prohibited for individuals with mental illness or those who face legal restrictions.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Baji L supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–4 business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be held if any bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Baji L does not charge any processing fees on transactions; however, charges imposed by the payment provider may apply.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Baji L offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read all applicable terms and conditions carefully before claiming any offer.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a set validity period — generally they must be used within 7 to 30 days.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, all bonuses across those accounts will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the relevant conditions are met.
• Baji L reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The welcome bonus is available once per new account only.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on Baji L are governed by specific rules that apply equally to all players.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In Sports Betting, odds for both pre-match and live markets may change at any time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Baji L reserves the right to void it.
• Casino games use an RNG system that has been verified through third-party audits.
• Baji L is not liable for losses caused by network disconnection during live games.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji L platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure.

• Money laundering or any transfer of illicit funds.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.
• Collusion — coordinating bets across multiple accounts or players in a deliberate, organized manner.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Abusing bonuses through the use of multiple accounts.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Baji L may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or fabricated information.
• Suspected illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account. In such cases, any valid balance will be refunded, but all unused bonuses will be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

Baji L accepts no liability for the following.

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Unauthorized access may result in account damage if the user has not taken appropriate security measures.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.
